Lake Langano on May 12th

A week after returning from Spain we were invited to Lake Langano. It is a beautiful lake and one can swim in.
I succeeded to take a beautiful picture of the playing kids in the neighborhood:
It was the birthday from a colleague and his wife and we celebrate directly at lakeside with open fire and barbecue.
In the neighborhood there was a wedding in the same night. Song and drums echoed by the night.

Can you see the little white canvas? This is a "Laser". I could have never imagined that I sail with a Laser here !
Meantimes the girls have enjoyd the beach: These are Rehema, Fasika and Judance.

On the way back to Addis we took another route. In Ziwai we have left the paved street and have turned off in direction Butajira. The country is green and very fertile at Butajira, and we reached another paved road to Addis. Then 80 km before Addis, we stoped in Tiya to visit a 800 year old field of staleas.
In this region of Shoa around Butajira are a lot of this archeological monuments. These steleas are tombs and someone were up to 5 mts high.
