Journey to Dire Dawa
Here some photos of our journey to Dire Dawa from 19 to 21 Nov 2006. We have visited there a university construction sites and met a colleague who works like Martin in the same sector. We feel arrived to Africa since this journey: Welcome Africa !

Addis Ababa is a real huge metropolis with everything around you could imagine. Anyway ...

After crossing the country with its round clay-huts, everywhere men, nomads, drovers, farming, mountains, deserts, hundreds of camels, monkeys, antelopes ... we really got the feeling "Africa".

One could shoot photos of all this ?

And Dire Dawa is an old, arabian/french desert town, with old and dusty shady trees ... at the market we had to sneeze terribly: The fine spices are open on the floor in huge plastic bags.
